Hat Attack!!!
I'm a little sad because I just read about this event called Hat Attack, it is a challenge to see who can knit a hat and send it before receiving one. Sounds like it may have been fun, too bad I'm too late.
Civil War
I just read an article in The Cleavland Leader about a Russian Professor who has been predicting that the US will split apart into 6 separate areas in 2010. Why? Civil War of course.... Supposedly we are going to break out into war because of Economy and moral degradation... I just think that if we were really facing civil war more people would have an idea of it... not just one Russian professor.

Quarter Hour Watch

This watch is so cool. We discussed buying it for one of the kids I work with to help them with time management. They asked me how much it cost and I had to recheck (I found it this weekend while researching). I rechecked .... it costs $1000; I just feel so confused... How can it cost that much?! REALLY? REALLY?

The Moon, Jupiter, and Venus

Look at the sky! Venus, Jupiter, and the moon are the closest together they have been in a long time. Read all about it at National Geographic. "In fact, some historians think that a similar conjunction between Jupiter and Venus in 2 B.C. may be the source of the "star of Bethlehem" story related in the Bible." Pretty cool!!!
GetHuman.com
I hate when I get stuck in what I often refer to as automated hell, you know when you keep being put through to another computerized voice that can't understand you.... Well, we just ran across this website GetHuman. It may be really useful!!!!!!!!! Excitement!
Fireproof
I just got back from watching the movie Fireproof. It had a little bit of bad acting and goofy lines, but overall I really liked the story. I even thought I might want to buy it; which is not usual for me. I would recommend it to anyone who is married, getting married, or likes that type of movie.

Christmas Stocking
One of my favorite things is a stocking my Great-grandmother knitted me. It's just a simple read knee sock really- nothing frilly or extra special about it; except that it is one of those things that makes me feel like Christmas is here. So this year, due to my recent lack of homework demands, I am going to try to knit Billy his own stocking. I'm a little nervous because of my lack of experience in this area but I think it may be fun. I will keep you posted.

Phil Hansen
Phil Hansen is an artist that does some really interesting things. Recently he did a year of what he referred to as Goodbye Art. He created it with all types of media and is definitely worth checking out. I like his Mary in a PB&J.

Digital Wifi Photo Frame
Coolest thing!!! A digital photo frame that connects to the internet. You can get online and send pictures to someone else's photo frame. I think this is so cool because you could upload photos from one house to another no matter where you are and it is... Super cool!!!!
World of Goo
We are having a lot of fun playing this new puzzle game we downloaded from WiiWare. It's called World of Goo and is a little like Lemmings.

Dramatic
Sometimes I feel like I'm over dramatic. I'm watching youtube videos on emo and it just makes me giggle a little. And yes, I am again avoiding my homework. I was reading about Bowling Green, KY and trying to write this paper but I really would rather be on the blog or youtube.

Tea
I love tea... for a while Paige and I came home from work or school and had afternoon tea time. It was great... Time to relax and rest and drink yummy tea. There is really no telling how many different types of tea we have in the cupboard... Today I learned of a new type of tea: Teavana Teas. It makes me really curious and want to order some to try. It just makes me happy.

Flannel Sheets
My flannel sheets... I love them because they are warm and cozy. We are trying to keep the heat down as much as possible this year to help with costs and the sheets keep me warm and toasty. They are so comfortable I hardly want to get out of bed. I LOVE THEM!!!

New Computer

Here is more of the story. I go in to get my replacement computer and they let me pick from the things on the floor-- sounds nice right? Well, not when they tell you that there is only one computer you can choose and it is almost nothing like the one you originally had. I was so upset. Then they told me that I could pay the difference and get a different one. This did not help, because I really didn't have the money to spend. It was a hard decision and I felt trapped... I have tons of homework and I just need a computer.
Finally, after Paige helped go over specs and use her knowledge (and Ashley looked some stuff up on the internet), I made a choice. I had to pay $150 more, I talked them down $50, but I think I'm going to be just as happy, if not happier with this computer. It has surround sound speakers (which sound was always one of my complaints with the other laptop), a number pad (which I love), more memory, and more hard drive space. I chose to get an Acer Aspire 6930.

Beliefs
I just have to say that it drives me crazy (CRAZY) when people, one person that will remain nameless, watches one thing and believes it with no proof. Then goes on and on like what they have discovered is completely the truth and everyone else is wrong. Just because you see it on google videos does not make it true!!
"No Aquaman
In response to a comment in class today, I just needed to clear this up: human fetuses have pharyngeal or branchial pouches that are sometimes called gill slits. They are transitory structures that eventually become parts of the jaw and the upper respiratory tract and they do not function like gills at all."

Missions
Tonight at church the theme was mission trips. It's weird the feeling that I get when I think about missions. It's hard to explain... I feel that maybe that is something I am "called" to do. I feel that I'm really interested in it and want to help people. It may be bad to say but I don't feel that I am called to witness and convert people to Christ. I just feel that I am called to make people's life better. Help them change their community and better their lives. This may be one reason I feel so drawn to the PeaceCorps and served in the AmeriCorps. I just want my life to not be wasted on selfish matters. That may sound silly, I just mean that I want my life to make a difference. I feel that it's my responsibility to help people that need it.
Autism
Do childhood vaccinations cause autism? This is a question that I am currently investigating. As of this moment, I think my opinion would be no. The reason for this is that the studies and articles I am reading lean towards a revelation that many children show symptoms of autism around the time they are vaccinated and this is a coincidence. The onset of signs is normally around the same time. Autism has increased greatly since 1979, but is it really due to vaccinations? The particular vaccination that people believe causes it is MMR. According to my current research there was not a significant increase when that vaccination was released. Furthermore, if it was all due to the MMR vaccination, wouldn't autism have been nonexistent before the vaccination started being given? Any thoughts? I am still looking into this because it is interesting and something I feel I need to be thinking about.
Creating Myself
Creating myself is harder than I want it to be... I'm tired of homework. And need some interview skills.

Loony
So, I just watched this ridiculous youtube video- that truly I can't believe I sat through. The guy went on and on about the evilness of Obama and I just sat there thinking, "Really?" So, I looked up to fact check what he was saying and found that lots of what he did say was false and I realized that, as he was calling liberals loony tunes, I am proud to be one. I am proud to be a loony tune liberal! I feel that us loony tune liberals tend to be for freedom regardless of what the "right" may think. One example, which most democrats in office opposed was the Patriot Act. "The Act increases the ability of law enforcement agencies to search telephone, e-mail communications, medical, financial and other records; eases restrictions on foreign intelligence gathering within the United States; expands the Secretary of the Treasury’s authority to regulate financial transactions, particularly those involving foreign individuals and entities; and enhances the discretion of law enforcement and immigration authorities in detaining and deporting immigrants suspected of terrorism-related acts. The act also expands the definition of terrorism to include domestic terrorism, thus enlarging the number of activities to which the USA Patriot Act’s expanded law enforcement powers can be applied."
Just crazy-- and glad to be loony.
Just crazy-- and glad to be loony.

Nutty Bars & Such
There are sometimes food that I really really want to eat- even though I know it's awful and no one should eat it. For example, carbonated, caffeinated, sugary drinks such as soda and nutty bars. I really want to eat a nutty bar no matter how awfully bad it may be.
BG Hot Rods

So, tonight Billy and I went downtown for a press conference to learn the new name of our minor league baseball team. They named the team the BG Hot Rods. Billy got a t-shirt, hat, and season tickets... Yes, you just read correctly for seventy of my summer nights Billy and I will be at the ball park. I'm excited, but Billy is ecstatic!

The Meaning of Our Holidays
Traditions

I know I may sound like the biggest dork but I love traditions... I love holiday traditions. I love the way that they just make me feel like it is the holiday time. For example, every year I go to the apple orchard to pick out a pumpkin. The summer I go to quite a few festivals. During Halloween The Great Pumpkin makes me feel festive. White Christmas is definitely a Christmas thing along with the Christmas Spider. A new tradition that I have fallen in love with is The Elf on The Shelf. This elf shows up at your house sometime during December to keep an eye on your family. Every night while you are sleeping the elf goes to tell Santa what you've been doing. I just love the idea of doing this. Sprinkling cookie crumbs under the elf. Moving him around every day. Putting out food for the Santa's raindeers. It makes me feel fuzzy and happy inside!!!

Just wanted to share that knitting is one of my favorite hobbies and Stitch and Bitch is my favorite accessory to that hobby!
Starbucks
Today, Paige and I took our own mugs to Starbucks.... It was pretty cool... I got my coffee in my own mug, felt good about not having to throw away another container, and got a discount for bringing it. I love my Fuzzy Duck mug!!!!

Papa John's Pizza
Today we ordered pizza and waited and waited and waited. Over an hour later our pizza gets here. When we open it up and take the first bite we realize it is not the pizza we ordered. So I call them and tell them that we would like our pizza. They say okay and tell us they are sending us a new one and that we can have the old one... Then as we are getting ready to put the pizza in our mouths they call back to tell us that we need to give them back the wrong pizza... Which is fine, but how long is it going to take to get the new one? Over thirty minutes.... i.e. probably another hour or more... I'm just annoyed b/c it's taking them so long -- we live probably 3 miles from them-- it's late, I'm hungry... and so on and so on.... Just annoyed, I guess there is nothing we can do.
More Random Things
Now that I'm thinking about it I can't stop...
9) I live without shoes on. I take them off as much as possible... I know helping out the Kentucky theory of shoeless people.
10) As soon as I get home I feel that I must change into PJs. I live in them... I have several pair and only wear them while at home.
11) My fave pizza is pineapple and cheese. I love it... Recently, I've also been getting onion or mushroom or green pepper.

7 Random Things
Ashley has tagged me so I guess I need to now list seven random things about myself. The question is how can I pick just seven random things about myself... My blog is called Randomness.... But here goes...
1) I research constantly. I'm not talking about one subject- it is completely random and unknown what I might be researching. For example: one day I researched the youngest serial killer in history (a ten year old named Mary Bell) another day it was eco-friendly home designs.
2) I am obsessed with being eco-friendly and with the things I throw away. At home we have a compostor and three different trashcans for various forms of trash.
3) I love and hate school at the same time. I am debating on the next program I am going to enter when I haven't even ended my current one. I feel like a professional student. 8
4) I love school supplies. It is very hard to not buy them and when crayons go on sale for .22 cents each I get really excited.
5)If I get a new thing, say a shelf, I can't wait to get it put into place. I want to have everything done immediately. I can't think about anything else until it is done.
6) I'm addicted to youtube and tv. I watch it all the time. The things I find on there are crazy and funny and I love them! Even though I never comment or leave vlogs- I actually feel that I am a part of their community....
7)I'm a horrible side seat driver and drive everyone I know crazy. Cars on the road give me anxiety.
8) I could eat Arby's every night.
I know... I just couldn't stop at 7.
So, I guess I'll tag Paige and Dee.

Good Foods Co-Op
Right now I am blogging from Good Foods, a grocery store/cafe in Lexington, KY. I love this place. The food was so good. You get a plate, put food on it, then take it to the front to be weighted. The food was all local, organic and delicious. I wish that we had a place like this in BG! Well, I'm off to go buy bar shampoo... all in the hopes of removing more and more plastic from my life!

Getting Ready for Winter
We are currently getting ready for the weather to change cold. Last year, our first year here, we didn't do as much as we should have. So this year I bought curtains to go in the bedroom and the living room to help prevent cold air from coming in.

Miniature Animals

Miniature animals are so so so cute. Ashley and I were talking about this today. I just thought I would post a couple of my favorites... Billy has always wanted a cow! I think I could live with these. We even have a farm a couple of hours away that has the little cows! Bluegrass Miniature Cattle, Inc.
Planet Earth
I am currently watching the series Planet Earth. It is really interesting. Right now I'm on "Fresh Water" and I am learning about flies that are mating above a lake in Africa. It talks about early explorers believing that the columns of flies were the lake smoking as if it were on fire. I'm a little amazed, some of the filming doesn't even seem that it would be real. I really like it!!

Water
I just watched a great movie. The name of it is Water. It is set in India and is about the living conditions of some widows due to religious beliefs. A girl becomes a widow when she is 8. She then is sent to live with other widows. I enjoyed the story. It was sad and depressing, but very interesting to watch and I felt really connected with some of the characters.

Sick
I am home today; we were suppose to be at a UK football game; sick. I hate being sick!!! So I'm taking this drugged up laying in bed time to watch movies and try to feel better. I wish I had a fairy to bring me soup!
Outsourced
Outsourced is a really funny cute movie about a job closing in America and being moved to India. I really enjoyed this movie. He starts out with a guy who has a bad attitude and learns from his experience going and living for a short while in India.

Sxephil
I can't help it..... Paige thinks it's crazy... Billy doesn't watch it... but I really like to watch sxephil on youtube. I think he's funny and I like the way he comments on current events.
Sarah Palin Doll

Okay, so I'm not for Sarah Palin but I still think this is just wrong! You can check out how to buy this doll by going to their website. A woman gets high in politics and they try to make her a sex symbol.
Book Sale
Today Paige and I went to the local book sale. We were looking around and picking up books when a woman came to tell us (and others at the sale) that it was closing time. Paige and I continued to browse b/c there was a bit of a line at the front -- there were others doing the same thing-- this lady followed us around telling us that it was closing time... we finally said fine and put the books we had found down and didn't buy anything (because she was following us and harassing us and only us). When we left we looked at our phones and it was only 5:05, this was after we put our things down, walked to the car, and got about half a mile down the road... Annoying!
Paige's Google Tip
Copy and Paste this into your google search and use it as your personal napster. Search for all your favorite songs. Just replace the Name of Artist with who you want!
-inurl:(htm|html|php) intitle:"index of" +"last modified" +"parent directory" +description +size +(wma|mp3) "Name of Artist"
This is pretty fun so I thought I would take it off Paige's page to share!

Laptop is Home
I'm so excited!!!! My laptop is finally home!!! I missed it so so sos sos ososososs so much!!! It's funny how used to having it I am and how different my life is when it isn't here.
Interview
Monday I have an interview for an aide job at LRE, where I worked last year!!! I'm a little excited and a little sad.... Either way I will be happy with the outcome. I really want to be a teacher and this job will allow me to teach without the stress of all the paperwork. I really want to wait until I graduate to try to get a teaching job. I feel overwhelmed with all the tests and the projects I need to do.
My First Movie
Today I was in my first ever movie. It wasn't really a movie.... just a skit for my friends class. But I had to learn lines... And it was all in Spanish!!! It was kind of fun.. thought I felt a little silly through part of it.

Laptop
I'm so sad... My laptop is in the shop. When I called in to talk with the people about it (it was overheating) they asked, "Is it hot enough to catch on fire?" I said, "I'm not suuureee... it's really hot." They said, "do you think you could fry an egg on it?" I said, "Well, it is very hot... Maybe." They responded, "Since this is a serious issue we are going to pay for your shipping and we are going to put it at the top of the priority list." Okay, but I have to ship it within 48 hours... I was very very sad and really miss my computer. I feel so nervous that it has been shipped away.... I can't wait to get it back.

Plastic Bag Ban
Interesting bit of information. There are now some places around the world that are banning plastic bags. Some are charging fees for those continuing to use plastic bags. To read more about it go to npr and National Geographic.
Crunchy Chicken
Crunchy Chicken has lots of challenges for people to do. One of them is go the summer without air conditioning. I was thinking about this and decided that I don't think I could do it. With the temperature sometimes 100 degrees and no air moving I just don't think I could go the whole summer with no A/C. Although, I would like the lower utility bills.
Composting
I know it will sound crazy but today I went out to stir the compost and found that some of it has actually changed into dirt.... I know that is what is suppose to happen but it was exciting none the less.
Produce Bags
Make-A-Bag is a blog I stumbled upon today while thinking about produce bags. I want to get some so that I don't have to use the plastic ones to get my produce. On the site they have a lot of cute bag patterns. The produce ones are something I think I could make and would like to use.
Titans vs. Jacksonville
Next weekend Billy and I are going to see a Titan's game. I'm sure I will have fun but I wish I like football!
Brain Age 2
Brain Age 2 is such a fun game. It's completely addictive and sometimes quite hard.... I love to play it and attempt to have the highest score!!!
Son of a Witch

I did not love this book. It was a sequel to the book Wicked. But I felt that it didn't really end and parts of it were really rushed. Little was sometimes explained and some plot movements went to fast. There is another sequel... so I guess I'm going to get it so that I can see if it ends the story.
Stuff White People Like
Ashley introduced me to this website and I just think it's funny. Some of the things on the list I really do like! Like the unpaid internship which I am currently partaking in. I, also, like study abroad, recycling, vintage, Netflix, having two last names, expensive sandwiches, and many more... However, composting is not on the list and I love composting!!!

Days of Our Lives
I have started to watch Days of Our Lives again... I, briefly, watched it when Ashley and I lived together before I got tired of the island. I just wanted people to get off the island. Now, I'm very interested in what is going on... However, I know why no time ever seems to go by when watching soaps.... It is because the story is retold and retold and retold through the eyes of different characters and it takes days to actually get through one day on the soap.... Yet, still, I watch it and really want to know when they are going to realize that he is not dead he is in John Black's house locked up... and I wonder who is feeding him while everyone is in the hospital.
New Semester
The new semester has now begun. I feel pretty good about it... I only question that somehow over this next semester I am suppose to learn how to make a switch... I find that very unusual and have no idea how to do it, OR why to do it. What does making an electrical switch have to do with being a teacher?
New Seasons
I'm so excited... I have found that today I LOVE TV. I LOVE it... I watch, I feel like, a million different shows. I'm so excited that they are going to begin soon.
Olympic Games
Theives

This is not the first time this has happened, however. Every piece of corn was eaten out of our garden. One day we went out and there was a line of corn pieces leading to the woods behind the house. Some had even been shucked and eaten like humans eat the corn.
This gardening thing has been really fun and I feel that we have learned a lot.... Next year we need a fence!!!!

Phone
My phone was stolen... I am so upset. What I am more upset about is the phone numbers that were in my phone... I have no idea what the numbers were... I had everyone's number in there... So depressing.
---UPDATE---
My phone was found... They called and let me know and we went and picked it up--- only one phone call was made!

Holy Cross Project
I heard about a really cool project going on in New Orleans today. They are building houses that are completely sustainable. And really cool! The end price is between $125,000 and $175,000. This is really exciting because it means that there is a real possibility that we could afford a home like this.

Garden "Friends"
Today when we went out to pick from and tend to the garden we found that we have had a friend visit. Our squash and zucchini have been sat on.
Lost River Cave
A couple of weeks ago we went to Lost River Cave. It was actually the first time I had ever been and we got a year membership. Which is pretty cool because now we can go anytime we want. It was really nice. I just wish the weather was a little less hot and humid so that I could enjoy it a little more.

FLL Event Coordinator
This is the new title of my new prospective job. It hasn't started yet and it's not guaranteed, but August 4th through the 9th I will be at a conference in Columbia, SC to learn all about the job. I am pretty excited. The job is only a part time job lasting until (maybe) February, but I'm still excited. FLL stands for First Lego League. I will be helping coordinate Kentucky's State Championship. It's pretty exciting... some of that undergraduate work may finally be paying off in the form of (some type) of job.

Sandra Boynton

Sandra Boynton is a writer of children's songs, I guess you could say. She writes really cute funny music. Linked above is her website where you can go and check it out. I just love them because I think it's really cute funny stuff that you can play with the kiddos and they and you can enjoy it... With songs like Tickle Time and I Love you more than cheese; how can you not smile?
Online Library

This is so cool. Archive in an online library in which you can go and check out books, music, and much more.... This is super cool!!!!

While at the store the other day I was scoffed at by a cashier when I handed her my reusable cloth shopping bag. She said something to the effect of, "Do you really like those? I hate them!" Well, here is my answer, Yes, I really like them.
Reasons:
1. They are more durable. Every time I get plastic bags there always seems to be one that falls apart, throwing my things literally everywhere... There goes my soda rolling away.
2. Plastic bags seem to reproduce in my house... I feel guilty throwing them away and so they collect. and collect... and collect. Until I have tons of them and have no idea what to do with them.
3. I can fit more into a reusable bag and throw it over my shoulder. Quick and easy...
4. I can use them for a variety of other purposes.
5. When I go to the mall I only need one bag... usually I can fit everything from any store in one reusable bag... eliminating the 4 or 5 I may have been carrying around.
Today, you can buy your own at practically every store out there or you can go to Greenopolis and buy one.

Blogging
Thanks to Ashley I may now be addicted to blogging. It just seems so nice to put all the random thoughts that I am constantly having down somewhere....
Walmart- Evil Empire
Today I read a story, yes I know it's old, about Debbie Shank. The story is tragic. A woman working at Walmart. She is in a terrible accident and is now mentally and physically handicapped. After years they are awarded one million dollars. Equaling a little under $500,000 after fees are paid. Walmart takes this money from them. It is taken because of the fine print in their insurance plan. Like Walmart needs the money. This woman can't work ever again. Walmart a multi billion dollar company hurts this woman to recoup a small amount of money comparatively. I know that this is just part of their health care plan, but the point is that they make such revenue they could have a much better plan. They could take care of their employees and provide them with a really great plan.
Roz Savage
Roz Savage: The craziness... How crazy cool is her life? She is, one day, working a regular job when she decides she would rather be rowing. Then she rows across the Atlantic Ocean. Now she is attempting for the second time to row across the Pacific Ocean. I'm not that brave.

Children's film festival
Every summer Great Escape Theaters holds a film festival for kids. It's free and they play three days a week at 10AM. Today I took my niece. It was tons of fun and nice to see a movie. When Lilly wanted to leave 40 minutes into the movie we got up and left. It's GREAT!!!!!!!11

Knitting (for Ashley)
Cast on video at KnittingHelp.com
Here is a link to videos that can help you with casting on. I find that this website is very helpful when trying to learn something new.
The only thing she forgot is to mention that the end of the yarn that is not attached to the ball will be around your thumb.
Happy Knitting!

Knitting
I'm frustrated!! I'm trying to knit an envelope pouch and every time I try to decrease for the top flap it only decreases on one side. I have read several websites and the book that I have on how to do this evenly on both sides. The problem is that when I'm knitting I do the stitches that the recommend, but it only decreases on one side. I'm going to do some more researching... Ripping out is NO fun!

Storynory

Storynory is one of my favorite sites!!! When I have Lilly or Rycken with me I love to turn on the laptop and pick a story for them to listen to. It is great because it is free audio books and some videos. I have downloaded some of them to my laptop and when I want can put them on a cd to give to them or to have with us if we are out. I love when they are listening to the story and start to laugh or the look on their faces when they are really into it. I love this website, you should check it out.

Barack Obama
Barack Obama votes yes for immunity for telecommunication companies using wire taps for the government (without a court order). What???? I feel betrayed. Obama just practically gave the government permission to spy on anyone for any reason. Who cares about a person's rights! Email, phone conversations, internet viewing, viop, and basically anything that involves technology over the internet/phone is up for grabs. Your voice mails are no longer completely private. McCain opted out. Clinton voted no.

The Fatted Calf Meat Market
While we are speaking of places I love to get food from I have to mention The Fatted Calf. This is our local butcher shop. I have only recently began purchasing from them due to my previous lack of knowledge. They get all their beef from the Green River Cattle Company, located in Green Co.

Circus Square park
I took Lilly there and we had a blast!! Here she is playing in the fountain. The greatest part of the park is it is really a place where everyone can go, play and cool off. This is one of my favorite parks now. I'm happy that they put it in. The water is perfect!

Wicked

A delightful grown up twisted fairy tale. I could not put this book down. I enjoyed it and am looking forward to the sequel Son of a Witch. This tells a story how it should be told. There is really no one side. Things are never clearly right or wrong. This story shows a story of a girl always the outcast, trying to do the write thing, being to muddy headed to see that her actions were not clearly good and that her opponents were not clearly bad. A great read and a Broadway show I can't wait to see.
Dr Who
Dr. Who is a cult classic. Running since the early 1960's it appears again and again. There have been ten Dr Who's with the latest being David Tennant. I love TV and I love this show. Surprisingly, since I have began watching it again I find references to the show in unexpected places. (Like in the Sims: the Tahdis wardrobe.) England is three weeks ahead of the US and it's driving me a little crazy. I just can't wait to find out what is going to happen next. There are these great spin off shows like Torchwood with characters like Jack that make me fall in love. There are relationships that make your heart beat... Every week I'm sitting on the edge of my seat. I feel that this is a show that will be continuous; reappearing again and again throughout my life like an old familiar friend.

Addicted to the internet
There is a website that I can't stop going to. I feel like I'm spying on people. They post anonymous confessions and I read them... I read them and read them and hours later I feel guilty for spying on people's private thoughts.
I confessed something and they took off my confession!!!! I'm so mad! I read the rules-- I did not violate them! Also, I read some pretty disturbing information.... Getting mine taken off is really upsetting!

Wii

The Wii is such a fun addition to our collection of things that distract us from what we really should be doing!!!! I love it so much because it can be a link between generations. Groups of people can gather together to play- all laughing all having fun. Nintendo is for everyone!!!! I was playing someones Wii Fit recently and found that I would love to add it to the collection. While I highly doubt anyone will be losing weight on it I think that it has the potential to help me achieve hours and hours of fun.
Baseball
Nintendo DS Lite

The Nintendo DS Lite is on my wish list. It is so cool!!! I look it up on line and check out the games. For the first time I feel that game developers really had me in mind when they made this product. Games like Brain Age, Brain Academy, Flash Focus, and Professor Layton and the Curious Village make me itch to play them.
