The Fatted Calf Meat Market
While we are speaking of places I love to get food from I have to mention The Fatted Calf. This is our local butcher shop. I have only recently began purchasing from them due to my previous lack of knowledge. They get all their beef from the Green River Cattle Company, located in Green Co.
